It has morning sun on the roof terrace with a distant view and a balcony. 1.60 m bed, bathtub, TV, WiFi and kitchenette. Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. You can reach a 24-hour shop and restaurant within walking distance, and a 5-minute walk to the bus to Aschaffenburg HBF. I am looking forward to your visit !

Das hochwertige Interieur läd zum Relaxen ein. Hier, am Tor zum Vogelsberg befindet sich u.a. der Einstieg zum Vulkan Mountainbiketrail "Mühlental". Bike Ladestation direkt am Appartement. Danach ein Saunagang? Bei Interesse besteht die Möglichkeit eine Spritztour mit meinen US Oldies zu unternehmen ;-)

The Rose - Romantic loft at the Spessart forest

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Sunny apartment, Schlosspark, Wächtersbach

We rent a beautiful 2-room apartment with kitchen and bathroom in the city centre of Waechtersbach. The attic apartment was renovated a few years ago and impresses with a harmonious juxtaposition of old wooden beams and modern design with deep windows and a view of the countryside. The castle garden with the restored castle is opposite. The train connection is excellent (every 30 minutes to Frankfurt). Shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

In the studio you will find everything you need; a large comfortable double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge etc, a bathroom with bathtub and shower cubicle, a dining table and a small seating area. In the middle of the beautiful Gründautal awaits you our small 2 bedroom apartment for 1-2 people. Gründau is conveniently located to the A66 motorway between Fulda and Frankfurt ( 30 min) and associated with visiting surrounding attractions. For example Büdingen, Gelnhausen or Bad Orb with their beautiful half-timbered houses. A private train runs to Büdingen or Gelnhausen. Hikers will find numerous hiking trails.

The apartment in the attic is a new building and has good thermal insulation. The connection to the city center is by various bus lines (free on Saturdays) or a walk of approx. 30 minutes. Shopping (Aldi, Denn's, Edeka, dm, bakeries, butchers, Sparkasse, pharmacy) are within walking distance in a few 100 meters. Extensive discoveries in the field and forest can start after a few minutes walk.

Beautiful modern furnished apartment about 40 square meters (2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom). The apartment has a separate entrance and has a large covered terrace. Full kitchenette with stove, oven, dishwasher and a Tassimo coffee pod machine. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. This is a non-smoking apartment. The minimum stay is 4 nights.
