A small nice house with about 70 m² of living space in a quiet location, on Johannesweg, 4 km to the thermal baths and 25 minutes by car from Linz. Our house was built in 1974 and completely renovated in 2019. Therefore, it is modernly furnished and very comfortable. Here you can rest, relax or take a break on the Johannesweg on a 3-day pilgrimage and feel the magic of the Mühlviertel. Thanks to our network of riding trails of around 700 km on the Mühlviertel-Alm, we are always happy to see hiking riders!

Schiffmeisterhaus Studio Eric

The studio is located in the historic shipmaster's house right on the river and offers a beautiful view of the city. In the immediate vicinity of the historic town center, shops, cafés and restaurants are reachable in a few minutes' walk. Located right next to the police academy, the studio is in a particularly safe environment. The Danube Cycle Path runs right past, and bathing areas on the Danube invite you to swim and relax in summer. Bike parking and e-bike charging facilities are provided.

Lovely two bedroom apartment in Grein

We are located 100m away from the center of Grein. 150m from the train station. 200m away from the Donau. It is very peaceful here. The apartment is located in our house, but it has a separate entrance. So it is private. There are several places to eat, not too far away from us. There is a pharmacy right up the street and 2 local supermarkets. The city tax is 2,40€ per person per night. By Austrian law I am required to input a personal identification into the Austrian data base
