The garden with a grill, a washing machine and drier are shared with other house guests.

The Oktoberfest is a 3-minute walk away, as well as all public transport, shops, restaurants, cafés and a city park. The spacious living area with a room height of up to 4 meters and two separate bedrooms offer the ideal accommodation for families and groups. Playground and playroom available in the hotel. Animals are not allowed.
