Beautiful 2-room old building apartment (built in 1889 - renovated in 2007) with fantastic views of Bad Gastein, bedroom with pine furniture and general ski storage. Suitable for 2-4 people or a family with max. 2 children. A small balcony invites you to linger for the sun's rays in the morning and the sunset in the evening. Laundry room and private outdoor parking space are available. Public charging stations are nearby. Very central and yet located on the outskirts of town with an adjoining mountain trail.

From our 18 m² balcony, you will find a beautiful view of the opening Gastein Valley. Our apartment can accommodate a total of up to 8 persons. In addition to underfloor heating, the fireplace brings a cozy warmth in the cold winter months. Through the large panoramic front, the Gastein mountains seem to be within easy reach.

In the house is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The great thing about our apartment is that we are partners of the Alpentherme and our guests can go to the thermal baths for free; also on arrival and departure days. Parking is a 5-minute walk away.

The house has 1 floor and with a size of 80 m² there is space for max. 6 people + baby crib. The kitchen is very well equipped.
