The lovingly designed stone house offers modern comfort and a cozy ambiance. In the region there is a lot to discover all year round. The place is great for couples, families and small groups. A car parking space is provided on the private property. Bikes can be locked in the bicycle room.

Due to the positive experiences as Airbnb hosts, we converted the smallest barn on our property into a tiny house in 2020-2022. We planned and built everything ourselves and hope our guests will feel comfortable and enjoy their time in Krems and the Wachau! Our cottage is located in a semi-secluded forest by the Stropnice River. Although it may not look like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they are not visible from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the terrace. There is no wifi in the cottage, so enjoy the time spent together.
