Es hat viel Flair und liegt mitten auf dem Land, mitten in der Ruhe und lädt zum entspannten Urlaub ein. Es verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (Babybett kann zugestellt werden), eine gut ausgestattete Küche und ein Wohnzimmer mit Kachelofen und sichtbarem Feuer. Es gibt ein Bad mit Wanne. Cyclists and motorcyclists will also get their money's worth. All over the property there are 2 vacation homes with private, separate outdoor areas. Free parking at the house.

By car, the university is 10 minutes away, the city center is 15 minutes away and the Festspielhaus is 20 minutes away. You will stay on 29 square meters (13 square meters of living & cooking; 11 square meters of sleeping; 5 square meters of bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment the way we like it when we travel. The house is right next to the small Margrave's Palace Schreez.
