This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). You cant find a better location for your stay in Split. The train station, the bus station, and the ferry are only 5 minutes away, as is the city center and the most popular Split beach "Bačvice". You can find free parking space in the neighborhood. The apartment is very spaceious with 3 big rooms. The view of the old town and Marjan hill is amazing, and you can choose one of 2 balconies to enjoy it.
