This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your stay. A townhouse on top of the city's mall with all the comforts within reach. Take the elevator down to the square and take advantage of the proximity to restaurants bars market hall museums and city life. There is also a lovely luxury Gym with the sauna house to use for a fee. Parking in the garage in the basement is included and provides amazing convenience. Rurally located on Ön (an island in Umeälven) and within walking distance of both the airport and central Umeå, you will find this micro house on wheels. The house is fully equipped with all the amenities and you can choose if you want to buy breakfast or arrange it yourself in the nice kitchen. In summer, we have the open craft shop and garden cafe Eljest on the same farm. Large parking lot is about 50 meters from the house. There is an opportunity to charge your electric car at cost.
