The apartment has a smooth code lock for your convenience. The guest is responsible for cleaning before check-out. Your host lives in the same house and is available for questions. Smaller cabin only 15 meters to the river! Great Sun location! Full equipped kitchen. Shower, toilet and washing/drying machine. 48" TV with chromecast. 160 single size bed. 140 sofa bed. Wood-fired sauna & hot tub are available, SEK 750/4h hot tub, SEK 750/4h sauna. Bed linens/towel rent SEK 150 per person. Hot tub is not guaranteed when booking takes place less than 5 days before.(cleaning, chem and chlorine) Enjoy the view, nice walking trails, close to central town, nature reserve, Ica maxi & Avion.

Here you live calm and peaceful ten minutes from Umeå. Own house (farmhouse) 40 square meters with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The house further consists of a nice living room with TV and super fast Wifi, 1 bedroom with two beds, also access to extra bed is available in the form of a nice sleeping mattress to put on the floor. Toilet with shower that also houses a combined washer and dryer. Comfortable full beds 80x200 cm and an extra bed box spring mattress 80x200 cm, with mattress topper.

Quiet area just minutes walk from central station and city center. Close to NUS and university. Best suited for 1-2 guests but serves as an overnight stay for 3 people. Bed 140×200 cm, sofa bed 120×200 cm. Possibility of washing machine for long stays. Tea and instant coffee are included. An independent place to stay with self check-in. Suitable for calm caring guests.

Relax in this unique and peaceful accommodation. Close to nature next to Umeå's large nature reserve. Car parking directly outside, possibility to rent a boat for fishing. Bus to and from the apartment departs throughout the day at 1-hour intervals, approx. 20 min travel (not weekends). The bus passes Umeå Airport and it takes 5 minutes to the apartment. Perfect for IT nomads as access to an exclusive ergonomic office chair can be used in combination with fast internet (300 Mbit)

Cabin located in a traditionally Swedish setting!

Located in a traditional Swedish country-side setting 8 km from Umeå city centre is this modern non-smoking cabin. A fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom inc washing-machine, and parking next to the house. Wonderful nature trails and fantastic scenery with the Ume river valley a short walk from the house. This is the perfect spot for those who wants to combine nature and city life experience. Towels and sheets are provided. Two bicycles are available for our guests.

Centrally located cozy room near the river!

A centrally located room with a private entrance and toilet. In the apartment there is a 140cm wide bed. A spacious closet, fridge, microwave and electric kettle. Walking distance into the city center, grocery stores, public transport and a stone's throw from the river and our amazing boardwalk that can lead to the city or nature and rapids. It is also walking distance to Bölesholmarna via Lundabron where there is access to the swimming area. Welcome!

Cozy apartment in a quiet neighborhood.

We have tried to create a home where you will feel at home! Thanks to generous spaces and amenities such as a washing machine, dishwasher and A/C, it also allows you to stay for longer periods. The apartment consists of the entire upper floor of our villa. Enjoy a good night's sleep in your own apartment upstairs in this quiet villa area! With the bus around the corner, you can quickly get to the city or the university.

Cheap, newly renovated apartment with free parking

Newly renovated, inexpensive apartment with open floor plan, private entrance and free parking. 2.83 kilometers from the city center, 8.5 kilometers from the airport and 6.3 kilometers from the university. The bus stop is about a 9-minute walk away and goes directly to Umeå city center. There are also ICA quantum, McDonalds, pizzerias and sushi restaurants nearby.
