It has one bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a comfortable sofa bed for two people and an integrated kitchen, a balcony or terrace (both with seating furniture) with a small garden, a hallway, and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is very well equipped (oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge). There is a new playground and a quaint fish restaurant. A dog is allowed on the ground floor.

The famous Baltic Sea resorts of Sellin and Göhren are easily accessible by foot or by bike. The cottage is located in a holiday home complex with Scandinavian-style houses only approx. 100 meters from the beach! Due to the first-class location on a natural property with light forest, right behind the beach dunes, you can enjoy optimal vacation conditions here.
