2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms apartment with huge terrace deck. Just freshly renovated from grounds up with modern and luxury finishes. Located in the center of Ayia Napa resort, just 200 metres from famous bar street, but in the quiet cul-de-sac with triple glazed windows. Walking distance to the nearest beach - aprox. 1,2 km (up to 15 minutes walk). The apartment has 35 square metres deck with shaded dining area, lounge and sunbeds. All high-end electrical appliances, built-in dishwasher, fridge.

We are a mother-daughter duo from Cyprus looking forward to hosting you in a beautiful, new, fully equipped, clean, 2 BR 2 BATH condo with 2 pools, fast wi-fi and Netflix near the Ayia Napa area. The condo is located in Paralimni, within a 10 min walk from downtown and from April 1st Avenue, where there are grocery stores and various services. The towns of Ayia Napa and Protaras are about 12 min by car. We have numerous returning guests and are registered with Cyprus’ Deputy of Ministry Tourism.
