F2 apartment, 1 bedroom and a sofa bed. Equipped kitchen, induction stove, oven , microwave oven. Equipped bathroom, towel dryer, washing machine, hairdryer, walk-in shower and bathtub. A stone's throw from the Parc du Château. Along the Grand Canal of Henri IV it is very easy to reach the gardens of the Fontainebleau Castle (15-20 min walk). Quiet pavilion street at the foot of the old Avon church, bakery and proxy market within walking distance.
