Villetta Giacomo is a beautiful independent house with swimming pool, whirlpool and a large veranda. Guests will always be welcomed with courtesy in a simple but well-kept environment. The main body of the house consists of a living room communicating with the kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds, two double bedrooms and two internal bathrooms + one external. The house is equipped with all household necessities. It is about 2 km from the "Santa Maria del Focallo" beach and 7 km from Pozzallo.

Modern Villa, with Pool & Beach Proximity

The villa is situated in a large lot with double entrances all on one level. It has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom with custom eat-in kitchen. Outside their is a front veranda with a large table perfect for morning breakfast facing beautiful palm trees and a small garden area. A much larger veranda in the back gives you plenty of space to relax, eat and drink while facing the brand new chic pool area. Perfect at night as well. This villa is the perfect getaway for a small family or a small group.

3 bedroom bungalow is set on 3 tumoli of land complete with private pool, BBQ area, beach soccer pitch and countryside views. Well lit house with nature views from every window. Kitchen complete with dishwasher and espresso machine, washing machine and dryer. Shower with rain shower jets. Bedrooms have TV and good quality mattresses and linen for a good night sleep. A stylish place with loads of fresh air and nature views ,10min away there is a wonderful beach called Fontane Bianche.

Questa villa ben attrezzata secondo la tradizione siciliana si trova in una posizione tranquilla, circondata da un piccolo giardino ben curato con il profumo di limoni e pini e il canto degli uccelli locali. La casa dispone di tre camere da letto indipendenti, un soggiorno con divano e TV, una cucina e un bagno con doccia e bidet.
