In a small quiet village, at the foot of the Champagne and Burgundy vineyard, 10 minutes from Chaource and Les Riceys, come and stay in this charming cottage decorated with taste and thoughtful for stays for families or friends. In the village, you will have the opportunity to visit local producers: goat cheese, poultry farming, foie gras. On the ground floor, you will have a pleasant living room with kitchen open to the living room, dining area and living room by the fire, a double bedroom, bathroom (shower cubicle, sink, bidet), independent toilet and laundry room. Upstairs: you will have access to a relaxation/reading/remote working area on the mezzanine, 2 double bedrooms, a bedroom for 4 people (4 single beds including 2 beds that can be brought together as a double bed), bathroom (bathtub + vanity + toilet). Outside, you will enjoy a large covered terrace with barbecue, garden furniture, lounge, lounge, sunbeds, swing and jacuzzi from March 15 (with extra charge and upon reservation). The enclosed lot allows you to park 4 vehicles. In the garage, enjoy foosball and ping pong table in all seasons. Heating and electricity included within the limit of normal consumption (arrival/departure meter reading from October to April) - wood offered for the fireplace. The beds will be made on arrival.

Accommodation close to the highway and Nigloland

An accommodation that is very well surrounded by the Nigloland amusement park, Lake of the Orient Forest, a Grimpobranche, the Côte de Bars to visit the vineyard and/or cellars, there are also several restaurants and shops. All this is within 15-30 minutes. Within 30-45 minutes you can find the city of Troyes as well as many factory outlets, cinema, bowling, laser game and more. The added bonus is the highway exit which is 3 km away.
