In a quiet location ten minutes from the ocean and three minutes from the city center of Lit et Mixe by car, our two cottages "Les Coquillages" welcome you in the green setting of our garden. Both cottages are air-conditioned, equipped with a flat screen, Wi-Fi and an independent bathroom with shower and toilet. These two-person accommodations also have an equipped kitchen area, as well as a private terrace that is not overlooked. You have access to a heated pool in the summer.

The terrace, garden and outdoor shower are shared with the owners. You will have private parking and a separate entrance. The workshop under the pines

Forget your worries in this beautiful place, located next to the owner's house but totally independent. Quiet, at the edge of the pine forest, you can enjoy the pool from June to October if the weather permits. The ocean is about 6 km away, a bike path takes you there, 500 m from the studio. The town center and its shops are 1.5 km away but 100 m away, across the street you will find Florian the market gardener and his good garden produce as well as regional products.

Two large shopping malls are within 3 km of the accommodation. 4 km from Mimizan city center. Beautiful walks in perspective, close to nature.

Vous serez idéalement situé dans un quartier calme, à 3 min à pieds des commerces, 10 minutes en voiture de la plage et juste à côté de la piste cyclable pour aller à la plage ou au lac. La terrasse autour de la piscine sera réalisée au printemps 2023.

Built in 2021, this recent and modern house is air-conditioned on a private garden of 500 m2 fully fenced and furnished. The house consists of a 43 m2 living room including a lounge, dining room and equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms including 2 bedrooms with 160 x 200 beds, and a children's bedroom with 1 90 x 200 bed and a bunk bed, a heated 7 x 3 m saltwater pool and garden furniture with sun loungers. No pets allowed.

Family Escape - Pool, Garden & Ocean

This 80m2 house is located South beach, 100m from the current and bike paths, on a wooded lot of 800m2 to enjoy a pleasant exposure whatever the season and time of the day. The house dating back to the '60s was intentionally preserved in part “in its juice” for a “holiday home” spirit. So it shows signs of the weather. However, we have made sure to give them all the comforts they need for a refreshing stay.
