Dear future guests, Welcome to our beautiful duplex apartment! Please note that this was formerly our home. Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. Nestled a 15-minute walk to the city center and 5 minutes to the train station, this accommodation will hopefully offer you a truly remarkable experience for those looking for comfort, style and convenience. This cosy and relaxing house is located in a small village in the Allier (03, Auvergne Rhône-Alpes). You will find a bakery, a mini-market, a bar-tabac, a pharmacy, a hotel-restaurant, a local products shop and a brocante. The village borders the Allier River – ideal for canoeing or fishing – and the house is situated on the GR3, the Way of St. James (Camino de Santiago). No wifi or television, but peace, relaxation and board games to enjoy life in a different way.

We offer you a home on the ground floor of our old stone house which includes: a spacious living room, with kitchenette, seating area and a sofa bed that sleeps 2 people; 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 140cm and 1 pull-out bed that can be transformed into 2 single beds (see photo); and a bathroom, spacious also, with bathtub and walk-in shower. The room and bathroom overlooks our beautiful garden and the living room on a small courtyard protected from the road.

The cottage is located on the grounds of our property in a quiet, restored, fully-equipped, independent old barn with Wi-Fi. Outside, garden furniture, barbecue, swing all on a large shared green space. 8 km from the town of Sancoins, all shops.
