Entire home. This stylish accommodation is perfect for a family of 2 adults and 1-4 children who want a quiet but luxurious home for the holidays etc. 3 double beds in 3 rooms. Air conditioning in the kitchen. There is TV in all 3 rooms + the living room. 5 min to shopping walking. 5 min to the beach by car. 5 min to the city center and restaurants by car. 25 minutes from Nordborg Resort. Doors are decorated with landscape motifs by the artist Wilhelm Dreesen.

Outside there is a large covered terrace with dining area, sun beds and fireplace. As well as an enclosed garden with plenty of space. In addition, there is a cozy winter room - which can only be used in summer - as it is not insulated. Close to shopping and only a 10-minute walk to the beach. If you are more into pure relaxation, you can enjoy the peaceful idyll and beautiful nature in Østerby, where our lovely cottage is located less than 100m from a beautiful and undisturbed beach.

The house is centrally located in Asserballeskov close to Fynshav on Als, in rural surroundings, with a short distance to the beach and all the sights on Als. The house has 2 separate rooms, a bedroom with a double bed, and a room with 2 beds (can be put together), and with the possibility of making a bed for 1 person on a sofa bed in the living room, Kitchen and a Toilet with shower. Final cleaning can be arranged, the price will be DKK 350, there is a folder in the house with information about payment.
