Charming cottage pool,sauna

&Charming cottage in Besancon for 2 or 3 people La Malate is an area very safe and really close to old center but you will feel like in campagne ! If you are expecting silence it' s the perfect place This charming one bedroom house is an old typical house from XVII century (de 60M2 en duplex) in a huge park next to river Doubs Amazing swimming pool 12,5 m long with a lovely poolhouse with water rower and aquabike... Elegantly decorated and newly renovated, we have retain the architectural details that make old house interesting and beautiful, like old pavement, chemine, roof "A la francaise"... Description : On the ground floor the living room with kitchenette ,bathroom On the first floora large bedroom with king size bed a desk and sunny balcony ,We can provide you bikes to join the center by "velo route" or you can join the oldcity center by bus (5mn walk) Free wifi and parking Animal friendly (on request) We are is strongly involved in sustainable development. This house has been renovated using as much as possible the original materials and techniques. Insulation has been made with hemp, woodwork were custom built by a local craftman, and painting are water based. Rooms are equipped with slatted beds, mattresses, pillows made from natural and renewable components in bamboo, soya, wool, linen and natural latex (rubber tree resin) certified Max Havelaar. Sheets and towels are made of organic cotton. At least, all cleaning and washing products are as muvh as possible organic. Rooms are cleaned only with steam, soap from Marseille (very famous natural and traditional french cleaning product), black soap, vinegar and sodium bicarbonate. Gardens are conceived and maintained without any chemical products, only organic treatments are provided.

House with 10m x 4m swimming pool, depth 1.50m Pool accessible from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival and the following days of the rental the pool will be accessible from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. For maintenance reasons, the pool will not be accessible on the day of your departure. There is no living room in the house This is our house, separated into 2 independent apartments and we make the pool available when we are at work.

Located in the buildings of the Château de Miserey-Salines, this apartment overlooks the courtyard on one side and a garden on the other. It is located next to a playground, you can walk around the area. A bakery, a pharmacy and a restaurant (lunchtime!) are a few minutes' walk away. It has a double bed 160*200 and a sofa bed: 130*190. We also have a small extra bed for a child and a baby bed, a high chair, toys, books, etc.

Old renovated apartment in the city center

In the heart of "the Loop" of Doubs, my accommodation is close to the city center, the cycle route, places of art and culture (Vauban citadel, city of Arts) and public transport (tram 400 m away). You'll love it for the comfort, the high ceilings, the location, and the view of the Doubs. My place is good for couples and families. There is an extra bed in the library for a 5th person.

Our duplex cottage is located in a small, quiet country village west of BESANCON . 5 minutes from shops (Super U ,pharmacy , doctors...) 5 minutes from the "exit 3 Planoise" of the A36 motorway, 10 minutes from the Jean MINJOZ hospital, 15 minutes from Micropolis ! 20mn from Auxon TGV station! And of course... 15 minutes from BESANÇON !
