La Gouille, 20 min walk to old Dole, quiet

La Gouille is located 1.6 km from Epenottes shopping center and 1.5 km from downtown and old Dole. It's the countryside in the city. Very quiet! You have at your disposal a 19 m² studio. One bedroom, one TV, one toilet, one shower room, one kitchenette, one fridge, tea, coffee, bowls, plates, cutlery, glass, plancha, one table as well as two chairs and their cushions, brazier, barbecue, wood. Your entire space is heated/air-conditioned independently of the rest of the house.

Consists of a shower room with toilet, an equipped kitchen (microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, air fryer, washing machine, induction stove). TV, internet access via fiber optics. The sleeping area: a double bed (140 × 190 cm). Bed linen and towels provided. Self check-in.
