Located on the first floor of a quiet detached house with enclosed garden and parking. Independent entrance, bathroom with toilet (towels provided), kitchenette equipped with a Senseo coffee maker, microwave, sink, fridge, induction stove, dishes, table, chairs, TV (dish towels provided). The room includes a sitting area with TV, 140 cm bed, chest of drawers, clothes rack. (SHEETS not provided) possibility of renting sheets 10 euros. Cleaning 20 euros. Not suitable for children under 8 years old.

Appt pour 4 pers au pied des pistes. Admirez la vue sur la piste principale et la chaine de montagne depuis le balcon en profitant d'un repas au soleil. Casier à ski au rdc de l'immeuble, logement accessible par l'ascenseur. Un coin nuit avec un lit en 140 (fermé par des panneaux coulissants) ainsi qu'un canapé convertible permettant l'accueil de 4 personnes. Appt tout équipé, TV, lave vaisselle, cafetière... Draps et serviettes non compris. Emplacement cœur de station toutes commodités à pied.

In the heart of the Tabe massif in the Ariégeoises Pyrenees, charming studio in a family resort "Les Monts d'Olmes". In winter: skiing, snowshoeing, sledding... In summer: hiking, mountain biking, swimming and fishing lake, trail loops, thermal baths. Shops downstairs from the building when the station is open. Close to Spain, Ax-les-Bains, 20 minutes from Montferrier. Off-season, shops are closed. PROVIDE SHEETS + YOUR TOILETRIES. I'm not responsible for the weather.
