Over the years there have been numerous modern improvements, but much of the rustic charm, such as the large stone fireplace and the low ceilings and exposed rafters of the second story, remain…and the character does too. The shoreline is stones and boulders which make for lots of action and adds to the aesthetics that come from the sound of lapping waves.

Our cabin is set on the beautiful AuTrain river, just minutes from Lake Superior. It is fully equipped to make your stay relaxing and fun! A full kitchen which includes a stove, fridge, and a BBQ grill to cook what you would like. There is a queen size bed, and a natural gas fireplace, and full bathroom. We also have a deck to enjoy the wildlife from. Hummingbirds, Blue Heron, geese, ducks, eagles, river otters and more have all been spotted from the front porch.

It is approximately 3 miles from the snowmobile trail and can be accessed using Green Garden Road. A very easy ride to the trail.
