A one-minute drive to supermarkets and services (Mercadona, Lidl, Supersol...) The apartment consists of a bedroom with a 150cm bed (memory foam mattress), fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed (135cm memory foam mattress), private bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer, air conditioning and heating, free WiFi and private terrace. Apartment completely renovated with southwest orientation, bright and with a large terrace to enjoy the good weather. It is surrounded by community pools and golf courses. A quiet and secluded area of the city but close to the general road to reach Puerto Banús or Marbella in 10/15 min. It has a bedroom connected to the terrace, a spacious living room, a very spacious kitchen and a cozy bathroom. Also how much with community security throughout the urbanization.
