The apartment has one bedroom, guest rooms for two more guests, a large bathroom with a bathtub, a guest toilet with a shower, a living/dining room (with a wood-burning stove) and a southwest-facing balcony. You can barbecue and enjoy the sun on the large southeast terrace. The kitchen is comfortably furnished.

We are renting out the main part of a freshly renovated former school building. The house is ideal for relaxing, making music or for groups who have to work in the area of Weilburg. You can get to Frankfurt fair by car in about an hour. The house sports several bathrooms, toilets, a complete kitchen, Sat-TV, WLAN, a fireplace, a big conference room and 3 sleeping rooms for up to 8 people. The surrounding is very quiet. Air condition in two rooms. No smoking inside the house.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a former hotel and was completely renovated in 2017/18. Wetzlar's city center is about 3 km away. Restaurant with a nice beer garden nearby. Shopping is about 900 meters away. A private parking space, as well as free Wi-Fi, are of course available. For arrivals after 9 pm, our keyboy is at your disposal. The apartment is comparable to a "junior suite" in a hotel. Privacy is guaranteed.
