Fully renovated, self-contained accommodation nestled between vineyards and forests. Starting point for walks in the vineyards and forests at the foot of the cottage. House ideally located in a wine-growing village (18) in the heart of the Sancerrois, 5 km from the Loire cycle route. The village church is classified as a historic monument. Wine estate tours with tastings 200 metres from the cottage. A charging point for an electric/hybrid car is available on request for a fee of €10 per day.

Foosball, pool table, bar darts. Outside, a garden and beautiful south-facing terraces, a slide, a barbecue, a ping pong table and a pétanque court.

A family home with its 12th-century tower, heated pool, and enclosed garden, nestled in the heart of a lively village in the Berry region, just two hours from Paris. Léré is a charming village in the Sancerre area. La Maison de la Tour is an elegant family home that has been carefully renovated, combining historic character with modern comfort. Original wooden beams, generous living spaces, and a warm atmosphere make it a truly special place to stay.

"La Homerie" Cottage in the heart of nature

"La Homerie" is a very beautiful 220 m2 thatched cottage surrounded by nature, facing a 1.8 hectare pond. Wooded park, forest and terrace with barbecue. Composed of a ground floor with equipped kitchen and large living room, as well as a floor with bathroom and bedrooms. Very quiet, rest assured, unique in the area. In case of pets, please ask us beforehand. The house is non-smoking. Ideal base for visiting Sancerre! Fishing rights not included.

Just a few steps from the ruins of Château-Gaillard, this historic 180 m² townhouse offers a warm and peaceful setting, blending old-world charm with modern comfort: a monumental fireplace, Louis XIII staircase, dressed stone, lime plaster, terracotta tiles and a remarkable timber frame. Dating from 1550 and part of Châtillon-sur-Loire’s architectural heritage, it has been fully renovated for a relaxing stay in the Loire Valley.
