Pretty comfortable studio, Brussels region

Nice studio on the 2nd floor of a building with no elevator. Optimal accessibility by public transport (train, bus, tram) and by car. 15 min from the city center, close to the ing ARENA, the Basilica. Free street parking.. Sheltered from the hustle and bustle of the center, without being out of the way; this is the perfect compromise to visit the Capital and its surroundings. The amenities are designed so that young and old, couples or families can have a comfortable stay.

Bright apartment in a great location.

This studio has everything you need for a pleasant stay (new bedding, equipped kitchen, internet, etc.). It is on the 2nd floor of a small building without elevator access located at the foot of the Basilica and close to several shops (grocery stores, bakeries, pharmacies, etc.). You will find a tram stop around the corner and the nearest metro station (Simonis) will take you to the city center in 10 minutes. You can also easily park your car in the neighborhood.

A spacious terrace is adorned with various potted plants and herbs, creating a vibrant green space. A small table and two chairs provide seating for outdoor relaxation. Wooden decking enhances the natural feel, while the surrounding walls are partially lined with greenery.
