A traditional old house designed for comfort. We have created a spacious area with high ceilings where you can relax with a delicious coffee or tea in hand while looking out over the garden. Please relax and unwind in peace. Old houses are generally demolished. However, we have carefully preserved the old parts and lovingly maintained them ourselves in order to make the most of them as an asset, and we are ready to welcome you. There is a spacious Japanese garden and a traditional tea room in the Japanese-style room, so you can experience Japanese culture while living here. On the other hand, the furniture and appliances are easy to use. We are simultaneously pursuing cultural enjoyment and ease of living. There are seasonal trees in the garden, so I think you can enjoy them throughout the year. My hobby is collecting bonsai and traditional Japanese pottery. I hope that while living in this accommodation, you will come into contact with Japanese culture on a daily basis and experience the real Japan. I hope you will take your time and enjoy your stay and the culture in the historic and charming town of Koga, where I was born and raised. In March 2026, we created a new kids' space.

There is also a spring water spot if you drive up the mountain a little ♪ Sano City is also home to delicious fruits that are delicious all year round, such as peaches, pears, grapes, Shine Muscat, blueberries, and strawberries. Please try the freshly picked fruit! ★ Please only bring pets that have been trained. Please also wear clothes indoors. We will charge 3,300 yen per dog per night. Notes: ● There is no supermarket or convenience store nearby, so please bring enough food and drinks. ● There are few street lights at night, and it seems that you may encounter wild boars and deer. It's reassuring if you can come during the day. ● Please refrain from BBQing in the garden and making noise in the room after 9 pm so as not to disturb the neighbors. * Please let us know in advance if you are using the BBQ set. ● The garden is not yet complete as a dog run.
