Our cosy room is situated in a peaceful location surrounded by plenty of beautiful countryside walks and cycle routes. Situated two miles from Sleaford and convenient for the main routes through Lincolnshire (A52, A15 and A17). There are plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby; as well as local tourist attractions. We are also only two miles from Aswarby Rectory - a popular wedding venue. The room (which is attached to our home) benefits a private entrance, ensuite bathroom and onsite parking.

You’ll love my place because it's a very old cottage, recently re-equipped (including dishwasher). It is near, but separate from, my own house, with it's own garden. The Milking Parlour is a brick built barn in a quiet, rural location. The city of Lincoln is a 20 minute drive away. This barn used to be part of a milking shed. It has a vaulted roof and there are two areas: a bedroom-studio and a shower-wet room. The kitchen has a small fridge-freezer, a small induction hob and a combination microwave-grill. The wet room has a walk-in shower, toilet, sink and mirror with light, de-mister and shave socket. Outside there is a patio area with table and chairs.

Capella cottage sits within the village of Branston. Being only four miles South-East of Lincoln’s city centre, It is accessed easily by car. (Approx ten min drive) The cottage is on the main road through Branston so there may be occasional road noise from traffic. There is a good sized rear garden, where the sun can be enjoyed through the day. Free Parking is available on the road outside of the property or should you prefer free ‘off street’ parking, this can be found just up the road.
