It is a detached house, nestled on a hillside, which offers panoramic views of Ascain, La Rhune and the Pyrenees mountain range up to the 3 crowns. Ideally located, it is isolated but close to everything: 5 minutes from Ascain; 8 km from the beaches of Saint-Jean-de-Luz (bus stops 5 minutes away) and departure for hiking or mountain biking from the house (Emilie trail...). No car traffic!

Quietly located 500 m from the center of the village, easily accessible on foot, you will enjoy the south-facing garden and a magnificent view of the Rhune and the village. Beautiful villa 5 minutes from the beaches of St Jean de Luz

Lovely Basque family villa in the heart of nature, very sunny at the foot of the mountains. Very nice unobstructed view, quiet in a property with a forest. 5 minutes from the beaches, golf, Rhune train, Ibardin bentas, all amenities. Very easy to access. In the middle of nature and yet so close to the center: a luxury! It benefits from fiber optic internet which allows teleworking if necessary.
