Ideally located, it is isolated but close to everything: 5 minutes from Ascain; 8 km from the beaches of Saint-Jean-de-Luz (bus stops 5 minutes away) and departure for hiking or mountain biking from the house (Emilie trail...). No car traffic!

The Ibarrondoa gîte is a beautiful 150 m2 bright gîte completely refurbished in the old barn of a traditional Basque farm. You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen open to a large bright living room with its large family table and comfortable living room, in a decor combining antique furniture and modern comfort. Beautiful villa 5 minutes from the beaches of St Jean de Luz

Lovely Basque family villa in the heart of nature, very sunny at the foot of the mountains. Very nice unobstructed view, quiet in a property with a forest. 5 minutes from the beaches, golf, Rhune train, Ibardin bentas, all amenities. Very easy to access. In the middle of nature and yet so close to the center: a luxury! It benefits from fiber optic internet which allows teleworking if necessary.
