The balcony is both under the roof and outside and offers a hot tub that can be used for a small fee. Perfect sun position with morning sun on the front and evening sun on the back by the balcony. In the vicinity there is both lake and forest, playground, football and basketball court (balls are available to borrow) and walking distance to Arvika's finest beach with mini golf course, illuminated walking path and canoe rental.

Surrounded by birch forest and a lovely sea, this historic villa is located – right in the middle of a lovely natural landscape. If you are lucky, you may experience the magical northern light here in Värmland, which several of the guests have seen in the last few weeks. Enjoy lovely walks along trails in the surrounding area, or feel the calm of a lovely warm bath in the hot tub outside the house. From there you can see the world's most beautiful starry sky when the weather is clear💫 And soon Värmland will offer Christmas markets!

You can't go more centrally! This is a beautiful wooden room with balcony and parking in the courtyard. The apartment is on the second floor and is suitable for families with children, couples and friends on the road. All amenities are available such as wifi, laundry room, properly equipped kitchen and parking. In the master bedroom there is a double bed. In the smaller bedroom there is a sofa bed and a fold out extra bed. There is a bathroom with shower and a guest toilet. (Bed linen is available to rent and buy cleaning.)

Beautiful summerhouse in a fantastic setting.

If you are looking for peace and quiet this is your place. The house is under new management and we had only five star reviews all of 2023 and 24. Our summerhouse/lodge is located 10 min bikeride to the beach by the lake. It comfortably fits five-six people, and is perfect for a family. Enjoy a morning coffee at the terrace/Hammock, walks in beautiful surroundings, and the cute little town of Klässbol that has a beach! I have a rowing boat that is free to use if it survived the winter.

Open lakes for fishing. Guests get access to bicycles (3) and canoe. Horses for rent close by. Wifi.

Our vacation home is what our city apartment in Hamburg is not. It is in the middle of nature on the lake. The tranquility invites you to relax to the fullest. It's big. We can have other families over to visit who can retreat. The views are phenomenal, no matter what the weather. The children can simply go out into the garden and play. The amenities leave nothing to be desired. The kitchen has everything you need. The fireplace makes the evenings really "hygge."
