Welcome to this leisure paradise, 100 meters to the lake Värmeln. A complete farm from the 19th century with barn, herbre, stalls, pasture and sauna and swimming jetty. The farm is located high, surrounded by a large farmyard with two furnished patios, lawns, berry bushes, fruit trees. Here you have a wide view of the lake, meadows, forest and the old village of Nussviken. At the private beach there is a wood-fired sauna, swimming jetty, canoe, kayak and rowing boat to borrow. For children there is a swing, sandbox and playhouse.

Cozy cabin by the lake

We offer a whole summer cottage for relaxation. The cottage has a main building with one bedroom that can accommodate a double bed, the cottage also has a kitchen with gas stove, wood stove, fridge, dining area, wood stove and a couch. The guest house which is directly adjacent has two double beds. The summer cottage has solar panels and the possibility to charge phones. There's a mole toilet indoors, but we don't have running water. We provide drinking water, bed linen and towels. The forest offers lots of berries and mushrooms

Nice cozy house/cottage by the lake. Old wooden beam cottage. Beautiful surroundings, shopping Center and ⛷ ski resort close by. Perfect to rent for your ski Holliday. Will be a perfect Easter Holliday retreat!! A really nice beautiful spot!! Please pay attention to that it’s not located in Åmotfors but near Charlottenberg:)) For nice polite guests there is a small boat you can use on the lake. WiFi available please ask when booking 😊 It’s really nice around the cottage all year round. Welcome

Egen grillplass ved Nordveggen på terrassen. Luksuriøs utestue med Peis ovn, komplett grill kjøkken og stort TV. Kort vei til badeplass, Sunne og Gräsmark sentrum. For de aktive er alpinbakke vinterstid og bikepark om sommeren like i nærheten. Gå avstand er det en liten grusbane der aktivitet er ball spill, se bilder, ta med egen ball

Beautiful summerhouse in a fantastic setting.

If you are looking for peace and quiet this is your place. The house is under new management and we had only five star reviews all of 2023 and 24. Our summerhouse/lodge is located 10 min bikeride to the beach by the lake. It comfortably fits five-six people, and is perfect for a family. Enjoy a morning coffee at the terrace/Hammock, walks in beautiful surroundings, and the cute little town of Klässbol that has a beach! I have a rowing boat that is free to use if it survived the winter.

Charming and cozy country house, where you can live all year round. An idyllic place where you can relax, close to forest, lakes, nature reserves and fantastic chanterelle places. The house has a large porch and nice plot that extends around the house and into the Värmland forest. A short bike ride away you will find a grocery store, pizza place and gas station (about 3 km). If you want to experience the Värmland idyll and mysterious forests, you found the right place.
