Welcome to this leisure paradise, 100 meters to the lake Värmeln. A complete farm from the 19th century with barn, herbre, stalls, pasture and sauna and swimming jetty. The farm is located high, surrounded by a large farmyard with two furnished patios, lawns, berry bushes, fruit trees. Here you have a wide view of the lake, meadows, forest and the old village of Nussviken. At the private beach there is a wood-fired sauna, swimming jetty, canoe, kayak and rowing boat to borrow. For children there is a swing, sandbox and playhouse.

The cottage is powered by LPG and by batteries recharged by the sun and the attic. Hot and cold sea water and Wi-Fi is available. Access to sauna, 3 boats, of which a pedal boat and docks to swim from. A place of total relaxation and reflection.

The house is located on a quiet path, yet supermarket and restaurant/pizzeria/uHembyggsgarden are within walking distance. Around the house there are numerous hiking, biking and kayaking trails. Trekking bikes with child seat, boat, stroller, cot can be booked in addition. The house is heated in an environmentally friendly way with sea heat.

Newly built and cozy 2 storey house/ cottage completed in 2013 - with 3 bedrooms, large dining room, separate kitchen, fireplace and large terrace, jetty Summer/Spring/Autumn is great for those who want to swim, fish, row, exercise, shop, pick mushrooms and berries, grill etc. The area is planned, and is easily accessible with nice activity/swimming opportunities for small and large.

There is also a rowing boat that you can borrow. good connections to all kinds of excursions, Like Arvika with arts and crafts and museums and Glaskogen nature reserve where you can hike for several days.

Relax with the whole family in a mansion setting. Here you have the whole upstairs of 220m2! with room for up to 10 guests for yourselves. Bada Manor is beautifully located between Lake Fryken and the gushing Bada River. Here you can enjoy a gofika in the manor's cafe or buy gifts at the farm shop. The mansion is surrounded by gardens where the farm sheep and cows graze.
