A two burner cooktop and a toaster /Coffee maker combo. The Futon turns into a comfy queen bed. Plenty of parking space available on the property as well.

The Sky Studio is a unique, light and airy studio. It is decorated beautifully with artwork depicting things found in the SKY! It has a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom with a full sized shower. It has a comfortable queen sized bed. It is surprisingly spacious, with numerous seating options. A 15-20 minute walk to restaurants, bars and the "G line" light rail that takes you to Union Station in Denver. The heart of Olde Town Arvada is amazing and is a pedestrian only walking mall!

Access to the suite is through the garage via keypad entry. We are two short blocks away from a beautiful park with gazebos, a playground, and a walking path around a small lake with ducks.
