With all the conveniences of home, you can make this property your home away from home. I live in the basement and if you book my home, you WILL hear me. It is similar to staying in a hotel. Strictly NO PARTIES allowed. My small dog is terrified of overly loud noises.

The Sky Studio is a unique, light and airy studio. It is decorated beautifully with artwork depicting things found in the SKY! It has a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom with a full-sized shower. It has a comfortable queen-sized bed. It is surprisingly spacious, with numerous seating options. A 15–20-minute walk to restaurants, bars and the "G line" light rail that takes you to Union Station in Denver. The heart of Olde Town Arvada is amazing and is a pedestrian only walking mall!
