Welcome to our spacious and cozy villa on the shores of Lake Neitsijärv, just a short walk from Lake Pühajärv and Otepää. The villa offers a fully furnished kitchen with a teppanyaki grill, a large dining table and a cozy living room with a fireplace. The house has 4 bedrooms with comfortable double beds and a children's room with bunk beds and toys. The house has a total of 4 WC-bathrooms. There's also a sauna as a nice bonus. Enjoy beautiful lake views, nearby hiking trails, swimming spots, and ski resorts from the terrace.

Suitable for 2 people who enjoy privacy in nature and a private 30 m2 terrace under a pine tree. The courtyard area is almost 10,000 m2. Additional people for an extra fee. The property is 100% self-service, with self-check-in. It takes about 1.5 hours to heat the sauna. It is advisable to bring drinking water. After the sauna, you can enjoy a refreshing dip in the pond.

The use of a barrel sauna and a steam sauna with a bubble function is included in the price, everything necessary for heating is available on site. The steam sauna is electric.

In a small country house located 2 km from Pangodi Lake in a very private and picturesque location, it is possible to relax for families with children as well as for a smaller group of friends. On a winter evening, it's nice to sit in front of the fireplace and enjoy the sauna.

Floating sauna on River Emajõgi

There is no overnight accommodation in winter, only a sauna. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V and 230V electricity from battery station (1100hW).
