The apartment is on the first floor and is nice and cool in summer. It has been completely renovated and lovingly designed by us with a lot of craftsmanship. The wood workshop is in the house. (only as a hobby....no noise is to be expected)😉 The garden is a small oasis and in it is my florist workshop, which I run commercially. The rooms of the apartment are bright, spacious and friendly. Blackout blinds are attached. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could ever need. As host, I live on site and am always available to answer any questions you may have. Books and games are provided.

This cute little apartment is located in Freyburg, in the northernmost wine-growing region of Germany. It is also called the Tuscany of the North, which we have also dedicated to our apartment. With a lot of love and diligence, this apartment was completely renovated to highlight the medieval architectural style. Our house is located in the historic village center of Bischleben, a district of the state capital Erfurt. The quiet location on the Gera River on the edge of the Steigerwald in connection with the proximity to the city and the good transport connections offers an ideal starting point for visits to Erfurt and the surrounding area, as well as for hiking and biking excursions. The Gera bike path leads directly along the house. Business travelers will find quiet and relaxing nights as well as free parking.

Where fox and elk, deer, badgers and raccoons meet. Where our feathered friends give you a concert - is that what draws you to the Harz Mountains? "Waldbungalow Fuchs und Elster" (Fox and Elster Forest Bungalow) was exactly what drew me out of the big city back to the province and still exerts a magical attraction on me. On short notice, I reconstructed this once dilapidated bungalow into a gem for nature lovers.

The entrance to the apartment is by key box. We are also happy to be there for you personally.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building directly in Erfurt's old town in a central yet quiet location. It is also easily accessible by the existing elevator. The furnishings include a large light-flooded room with a cozy living area and a kitchen with a seating area. The bedroom is a separate room. It is just a few minutes' walk to Anger or Domplatz. A tram stop is also very close.

At the very top of our listed Art Nouveau townhouse, we have prepared the Eagle's Nest for you. The small guest apartment with ❄️air conditioning❄️, bathroom and mini-kitchen with fridge comprises the entire 4th floor. Towels and bedding are provided. You can park your bicycles, etc. comfortably and safely in the large gate entrance. Tips for parking in the neighborhood can be obtained on request.
