Your home away from home | 10 minutes to the city center

Our house is located in the historic village center of Bischleben, a district of the state capital Erfurt. The quiet location on the Gera River on the edge of the Steigerwald in connection with the proximity to the city and the good transport connections offers an ideal starting point for visits to Erfurt and the surrounding area, as well as for hiking and biking excursions. The Gera bike path leads directly along the house. Business travelers will find quiet and relaxing nights as well as free parking.

We are two sisters who grew up in Bad Suderode and have already given vacationers and spa guests of the place information about excursion destinations in the area in our childhood days. Where fox and elk, deer, badgers and raccoons meet. Where our feathered friends give you a concert - is that what draws you to the Harz Mountains? "Waldbungalow Fuchs und Elster" (Fox and Elster Forest Bungalow) was exactly what drew me out of the big city back to the province and still exerts a magical attraction on me. On short notice, I reconstructed this once dilapidated bungalow into a gem for nature lovers.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building directly in Erfurt's old town in a central yet quiet location. It is also easily accessible by the existing elevator. The furnishings include a large light-flooded room with a cozy living area and a kitchen with a seating area. The bedroom is a separate room. It is just a few minutes' walk to Anger or Domplatz. A tram stop is also very close.
