In the countryside, 12 minutes from Rochefort, 30 minutes from La Rochelle , in a 1789 house, with old-fashioned charm ( stay with stone walls and floor tiles) with all modern comforts. This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. House of 40m2, completely renovated , nicely decorated , ( 2 to 6 pers.) Bedroom: 1 bed(160) + crib. Mezzanine: 2 beds (90) Living room: sofa/bed (140) Equipped kitchen. Shower room. Deck: 35m2, plancha. Residence with heated pool (28°), children's playground, tennis court. Located between Les Sables and Talmont on the natural site of the Bay of Cayola, close to the Veillon beach and the salt marshes.

Charming house on Île de Ré in the pines, very quiet, close to the Grenettes beach 3 rooms, a garden on the south side with an olive tree, a terrace with garden furniture and sunbathing, barbecue. Beautiful living room with open kitchen overlooking the terrace and south garden but also a small garden to the north (double exposure). Room for 4 (bed 140, 2 beds 90) and an elegant room for 2 (bed 160). Independent toilet, bathroom and parking for 2 spaces.

Detached house with entrance to small gated garden located in the heart of the village of La Brée les bains 50m from the beach with a large daily market and food, tobacco, press, restaurants, bike paths, bike rental. the house has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms +sheet provided, towels on request. This home doesn't allow dogs and other pets. No smoking. Cleaning fee not included and must be done before departure.
