A double bedroom, a large living room with two sofas (one bed), air-conditioned, full bathroom. The villa is located in the middle of the Valnerina countryside, between hills of olive groves and Mediterranean scrub woods. The Marmore Waterfall is 2.4 km from the property. The property is equipped with a beautiful swimming pool (5m×10m, depth 1.5m) set in a large garden from which you can enjoy a beautiful view, typical of green Umbria. The house, in the back, has a barbecue area of about 60 square meters. The property is equipped with electric car charging stations.
