The entire house is heated with a pellet stove in the kitchen (host takes care of daily maintenance by arrangement). The tram stop (line 4) is only 1-2 minutes' walk from my apartment. Alternatively, you can walk to the main train station in 10 minutes and to the city center (Anger) in just 2-3 minutes.
