The apartment is very well located, 50 meters from the beach and near the restaurants, shops and services. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, etc. It is also equipped with smart TV, Wi-Fi, cable TV, air conditioning, hairdryer, towels and sheets. The building has no elevator.

Wonderful penthouse with spectacular views

Welcome to this beautiful penthouse just renovated (August 2019) on two floors at the top of one of the highest buildings facing the sea. You will enjoy spectacular views of the beaches, the promenade and the characteristic village of Armação de Pêra. The absolutely favorable location at the beginning of the pedestrian area will allow you both pleasant walks along the coast and to cross the road and directly access the free beach.
