Located outside a small, quiet hamlet (altitude 800 metres) at the end of a winding road, the south-facing barn enjoys panoramic views of the mountains, and is surrounded by fields and woods - with no vis-à-vis! Entirely renovated using ecological materials, the gîte retains all the charm and authenticity of a Pyrenean dwelling, but with all the comfort of a purpose-built gite. The barn caters to everybody – couples, solos, families with children, and walkers with their four-legged friends.

Salamander Chalet

Geniet van de rust, het uitzicht en het comfort van dit stijlvolle chalet. Zeer geschikt als romantisch uitje of even bijkomen in de natuur met je gezin. Wij zitten op 650 meter hoogte, in een hete zomer is het altijd iets koeler dan in het dal en met een briesje, heel aangenaam. In de nacht koelt het meer af en is het lekker slapen. Een airco hebben wij niet nodig. Honden zijn welkom, € 15 per verblijf. Voor de winter is er een houtkachel. Wij leveren een kruiwagen met stookhout voor €15.

Beautiful gite/retreat situated at 800m in an old stone grange renovated with natural materials. The gite is nestled between pastures and woods with an incredible view of the Pyrenees mountains. Final access (75m) is on foot to maintain the tranquillity of the location. Immerse yourself in nature, escape the pollution of the city...come and relax! Your hosts Lee and Susie offer a 90 minute vinyasa yoga class or a 5 day introduction to handweaving - design and weave your own fabric item.

The cottage we offer has been renovated using environmentally friendly materials. It has exceptional views of the mountains! Full electric comforts, Wi-Fi, TV, fireplace, plancha. Ideal for starting points for GR10 hiking trails, lakes, waterfalls, ski resort, mountain biking, equestrian centre, kayaking, and on-site relaxation and wellness treatments. Within the eco-friendly "La Colline aux Chevreuils", located on the heights of Volvestre facing the Pyrenees, less than an hour from Toulouse. La Cabane du Chevreuil welcomes you to a 4 ha permaculture site for a comfortable, exotic and informative stay in the heart of nature. Optionally in the evening, a platter of 10 varieties of farm cheeses will be served in the cabin or outside to admire the sunset accompanied by salad and wine as well as gourmet homemade desserts.

Le Playras: charming barn, panoramic view

Welcome to Playras! Come and recharge your batteries in this tiny hamlet, a little piece of heaven perched at 1100 m altitude, facing south. Stunning views of the Spanish border chain. This hamlet is made up of about fifteen old barns, each more beautiful than the last, giving it an indefinable charm! The GR de Pays (Tour du Biros) passes in front of our house. Multiple hikes possible without taking your car. We'll be happy to let you know!

The chalet is intended to accommodate 1 person as well as to accommodate up to 8 people ,the rate is calculated according to the number of people please specify in the booking settings the number of people present during the stay The sleeping area on the ground floor (160/200 cm bed, sheets provided) is separated from the living room by blackout curtains. Upstairs a large single open room with 3 double beds ( 140/190 )

Gite Col d 'Ayens

A very beautiful charming cottage, renovated with a lot of heart and taste. The cottage is 12 minutes from St Girons and its shops located on the edge of a rural hamlet Cap d'Erp, with fabulous views of the virgin forests, valley, hills and mountains. With the Col d'Ayens 2 km walk or 3 km drive away, it's a dream starting point for hikers, trailers and mountain bikers.
