Conveniently located near the "Rose" city of Toulouse and short drive to the Pyrenees mountains. The house has been recently renovated, preserving many beautiful, unique historic details. The first floor is an open-plan living space with a kitchen and lounge, which opens to an intimate balcony overlooking the Garonne River with spectacular sunsets.

A private outdoor area at the rear of the house is accessible to enjoy the calm of this historic district of Castelnaudary.
