Conveniently located near the "Rose" city of Toulouse and short drive to the Pyrenees mountains. The house has been recently renovated, preserving many beautiful, unique historic details. The first floor is an open-plan living space with a kitchen and lounge, which opens to an intimate balcony overlooking the Garonne River with spectacular sunsets.

Adorable appartement avec vue imprenable et splendide sur la montagne. L'appartement est haut de plafond, ce qui a permis l'installation en mezzanine (open space). L'appartement est situe au 4em (avec ascenseur) d'une residence au coeur du village d'Aulus-les-bains. 5min a pieds des thermes, et des departs de randonnées. La station de Guzet-neige est a 15min en voiture (navette presente en hiver). La superette, l'office de tourisme et la médiathèque se trouvent aux pieds de l'immeuble.

Apartment in a residence with children's games facing Lake Matemale (swimming allowed) 5 minutes' walk from the center (animal park, rail sledding, balneo center, bowling alley...) Living resort all seasons. The bedroom is separate with 140 bed, sofa bed in the living room with real 140 mattress. Refurbished bathroom. Very nice balcony for breakfast or meals or to drop off your bikes. The residence's swimming pool is closed following the drought present in our department.

Our townhouse overlooking the Grand Bassin de Castelnaudary is the perfect place to relax. This space has been designed to accommodate up to 6 people. There are two separate bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with two single beds. The sofa in the living room is convertible which, once opened, is a real double bed. A private outdoor area at the rear of the house is accessible to enjoy the calm of this historic district of Castelnaudary.
