Enjoy a luxurious experience at this centrally-located place. Here you can relax and enjoy skiing, cycling and hiking trails directly adjacent to the cottage. Detached house of about 50 sqm distributed on two floors with 2 bedrooms and bathroom with spacious sauna overlooking Åre village. Large south-facing balcony with magical views. VM 8 and the slope directly "outside the door." This lift, which opens first and closes last on the day and the season, takes you out to the entire Åre magical ski system. Genuine ski-in ski-out!

Åre Stay - Åregårdarna 426

Nice, fresh apartment located by Åre square with proximity to everything. Balcony facing south. 75 meters to Ica, 150 meters to the train station. Minimum age to rent is 18 years old. Children are of course welcome in the company of adults. Close to wonderful Årestrand where you get to feel what it's like to swim in fresh mountain water. All wonderful hiking trails and ski slopes are also around the corner. Christmas, New Year, the Sports Act and the Easter weeks are only rented out for whole weeks.
