The kitchen was replaced a couple of years ago and is fully equipped with a dining table attached, three bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower and toilet. Sauna available. Crib available. Hiking and skiing trails are directly reached nearby. To Åre it is about 25 minutes, Vålådalen about 30 minutes. In Ottsjö village there is ICA Bua, dog sled, brewery etc.

The cottage is located with a direct proximity to the lake that invites activities all year round. Cooking over an open fire at the cottage's barbecue area is much appreciated by guests. Parking for cars and snowmobiles is available. 10 minutes by car to Duved. 15 minutes by car to Åre village. 30 minutes by car to Storulvån mountain station.

Walking distance to ICA, Coop, Systembolaget, Holiday Club, Jump Yard, Åre beach, Ski bus, Train station etc. In summer, it is about 100 meters to the beach with barbecue area and skateboard park. Approximately 800-900 meters to Åre mountain railway that takes you up to the ski system. Otherwise, 300-400 meters walk across the bridge to the ski bus stop.
