Just behind the house, there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing. Tottens village road is Åre's oldest neighborhood and is an idyllic only 10 min walk from Åre center where there is a wide range of travel venues, food and clothing stores, system companies, cafes, etc. Only 5 min walk to the Tottlift where you enter the entire Åre ski system. Nice hiking trails nearby and Åreskutan is just behind the house! Spacious sauna and large fireplace!

Det är öppet mellan sovloftet och vardagsrummet vilket bör beaktas om man avser sova på loftet och om man reser med morgonpigga individer. Stugan är modern men mysigt inredd för att skapa en härlig stugkänsla. Huså ligger på andra sidan Åreskutan från Åre sett och har en egen skidbacke och mycket goda möjligheter till skoteråkning. Här finns även en fors att bada i och vandringsleder.
