Newly built small cottage in the center of Åre village. The price includes bed linens and towels. Induction stove, hot air oven, full-size fridge/freezer, microwave, Wi-Fi via fiber, cable TV, parking for 1 car. For rent for up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. DURING WINTER SEASON, AGE LIMIT IS AT LEAST 25 years, alternatively in the company of a guardian. 25 sqm plus 12 sqm sleeping loft. 150 meters to Åre bakery and ski bus (which goes directly to the VM8). Note: NO PARTIES! Walking distance to the square and the station as well as the airport bus.

Brattland Ski/Bike Lodge Åre (annex) By the sauna

Brattland bike/ski lodge is beautifully located above the E14, about 8 km from Åre village. Car parking is available at the houses. By car, it takes ten minutes to the village. If you want to take the bus, you can get down to the stop at the E14. You can bring skis or snowboards on the bus. In addition to skiing and cycling, you can go hiking, fishing, dog sledding, rent snowmobiles and a variety of other activities. You can go directly from the house to hiking trails and cross-country cycling. If you have any questions, you can call us and ask.

Åre Gevsjön cottage with sauna near Åre and Storulvån

Log cabin 55 sqm located on the sandy shore of Lake Gevsjön. With a wood-fired sauna and a great location for those who want to fish in Gevsjön or be close to skiing in Duved, Åre or Storulvån. The cottage is located with a direct proximity to the lake that invites activities all year round. Cooking over an open fire at the cottage's barbecue area is much appreciated by guests. Parking for cars and snowmobiles is available. 10 minutes by car to Duved. 15 minutes by car to Åre village. 30 minutes by car to Storulvån mountain station.

Relax in this secluded log cabin between Handölforsen and Snasahögarna. Genuine cabin with kitchen area, bunk beds and fireplace. In the outbuildings, there is a woodshed, outhouse and sauna. Electricity is available for heating, cooking and lighting. Water from the mountain basin is in a faucet outside the cabin. A wonderful place to just relax and enjoy the simplicity, or a base to explore the area around the famous bird lake Ånnsjön in the east or Storulvån's mountain station and all the classic mountains in the west.

Welcome to Tegefjäll Enbäret Panorama! The apartment is located high up with a magnificent view from the terrace over Åreskutan. It is ski-in ski-out and a nice and cozy newly-built apartment (completed in 2016) with everything you may need. Both Tegefjäll's and Duved's lift systems (they are connected) are just outside the door. When you stay with us, you also have the opportunity to rent our Fjällpulken, mountain backpacks, tents and more. Just ask and we'll arrange it. The snow racer and the sleds are free to borrow:)

No car is needed—it's only a five-minute walk to shops, restaurants, ski rentals, and the train station. The ski bus to Åre stops just 50 meters from the house.

Good storage and drying facilities. WIFI, TV with apple TV. Own part of patio. Not shoveled in winter. Parking space - by house. "Trixy" driveway up, due to road conditions.

A short walk takes you to the ski slopes; you can ski all the way home – Ski-In. If you want to go to Åre/Björnen, there is a bus/ski bus stop 1 minute away. If you visit us in the summer, there are several hiking trails and fishing opportunities nearby. Duveds Restauranger is just a 5-10 minute walk away.
