Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

Independent studio of the house comprising a main room with an equipped kitchenette, a sitting area, a sleeping area with a double bed, a sofa bed and an equipped bathroom. Located in the countryside close to all amenities, 12 min from downtown Niort, 20 min from the Poitevin marsh, 50 min from La Rochelle, 1 hour from the beaches and Puy du Fou Futuroscope. Our accommodation is located among animals with panoramic views of the wallabies and deer park. A visit to the parks is possible

Cozy loft in the city

In a green setting we offer a quiet, warm, self-contained loft, a short walk from the city center, close to shops and 20'walk to the SNCF train station. We have kept the authenticity of the place and provide a complete service (linens, cleaning, hot drinks, private parking for your bikes or motorcycles only, firewood...). On 40M² we host independently from 1 to 4 people (a queen bed, a 130 sofa bed).

"Garden side", F2 in Niort

In Saint Liguaire, a quiet area of Niort, close to the MAIF and MACIF Mutuals, at the gates of the Marais Poitevin, I rent an apartment located in the lower part of my house. Bus no. 6, free, passes in front of the house. The house has a large garden, a courtyard. The entrance is independent, and can be done independently as soon as you arrive, even late (key box).
