Comfortable studio in large garden

My place is close to Bayonne/Biarritz. Quiet, on the side of the house, close to major road networks, it is ideally located to visit the Basque Country. Accommodation designed for couples, solo travelers, business travelers and four-legged companions. Warning: there is currently a house under construction on the next door lot. It's not a problem on weekends and evenings, but it generates a little noise on weekdays. The studio is nevertheless well insulated.

Nice attic apartment, independent entrance, adjoining the guest house. In a small Basque village, ideally located close to the ocean, Biarritz-Bayonne and Spain. Beautiful view of the mountains. 3 km from Biarritz train station, 6 km from Biarritz airport. Highway access nearby. Terrace and barbecue available. Not recommended for groups of young people looking for a party place, ideal for a family.
