The Villa offers a swimming pool for exclusive use, a large equipped garden (sunbeds, children's games, patio, outdoor shower with hot water, barbecue, etc.) and a hot tub (with an extra charge of €50 per day; not available at the moment). On the ground floor, there is a double living room, kitchenette and bathroom with shower. Upstairs, there are 3 double bedrooms, one with a large terrace with a sitting area, and 2 bathrooms. It is an ideal place to relax, enjoy the sun and the pool about 1km from the sea.

Presidential villa on 2 levels, with a large veranda where you can stay and eat, also using the barbecue available. 1,500m2 garden with trees and 11x5m swimming pool with trampoline and slide. The price includes a gardener every week for 2h and a pool water control. On the main floor there is a large living room, a very bright veranda, laundry room, kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs there are 5 rooms with 4 bathrooms equipped with bidet and bathtub or shower.
