It consists of a living/dining room, a fitted kitchen, a terrace where you can have lunch, a bedroom (140x200 bed) with a shower room and a ceiling fan, and another bedroom (160x200 bed) with a ceiling fan and a bathroom. There is a toilet in the apartment. There is a reverse-cycle air conditioner in the main room. The residence's swimming pool is open from 15 April to 15 October from 8 am to 8 pm. There is no parking in the residence. Free parking on the street.

A 33m² independent suite with sea views in a contemporary house overlooking the Bay of Garoupe, comprising a very large bedroom with a king-size bed, a shower room, and a private terrace with sofas. There is no kitchen, but a barbecue and everything you need to eat while enjoying the sea view. You can have breakfast while admiring the yachts moored at the foot of the house. Large private swimming pool. The sea is right in front of the house. We lend bicycles and paddleboards.
